He is leading the project that has moved the European and Asian user base from on prem Domino, Sametime, Quickr to a full Smartcloud mail and connections hybrid cloud deployment. He has also worked with IBM midrange systems for 30 years and has spoken and authored material for what was the AS/400 and is now the IBM System i.
Steve worked closely with the Smartcloud on-boarding team to enable two factor authentication using SAML on the Smartcloud deployment.
He was made an IBM ICS champion for 2016 mainly for his work with ILUG, UKLUG and most recently ICONUK.
