What "Engage" truly means
To Engage:

- To attract or hold attention “the speaker engaged the audience.”
- To hire or secure someone’s services “to engage a consultant.”
- To begin or enter into an activity or connection “the gears engage.”
- To commit or pledge “they engaged to support the cause.”
In essence, engage means to connect actively or meaningfully — whether with people, ideas, or actions.
That’s exactly what Engage User Group stands for: creating a space where professionals, partners, users and enthusiasts come together to share knowledge, collaborate openly, and spark new possibilities across the HCLSoftware ecosystem.

Since its founding, Engage has grown from a local gathering into one of the most respected international HCLSoftware user group events in the world. What began as a meeting of passionate professionals has evolved into a vibrant community where technology, teamwork, and innovation come together — a place where learning and inspiration thrive.

Surrounded by animals in Burgers’ Zoo, inside the UFO shaped Evoluon in Eindhoven, aboard the legendary SS Rotterdam or inside the grand Handelsbeurs of Antwerp, no two Engage editions are the same — and that’s exactly what makes them special.
