Serdar Basegmez is an IBM Champion for Collaboration Solutions. Having experience on Lotus Software for 17 years, Serdar is running his own company Developi in Turkey. He is an expert mainly on Domino and XPages. In his free time, Serdar is trying to spread his yellow passion to others. Over the course of this social journey, he started Turkish Lotus User Group, organized the first LUGTR conference, launched his bilingual LotusNotus.com blog, written articles for 'The View' magazine, presented in several conferences including IBM Connect and ICON UK, got in OpenNTF Board as a member director and contributed a number of open source projects, such as XSnippets and CollaborationToday.info.

Christoph is Senior Consultant at panagenda and lives in Bavaria. He has 16 years experience with the IBM Lotus portfolio (focus on IBM Domino and IBM Connections). He is IBM Champion for ICS and started the OpenNTF Project “Administration Scripts for WebSphere” with a collection of useful scripts for IBM WebSphere, IBM Connections and DB2 installation, configuration and troubleshooting.

Sharon has been working in the IT Industry since 1996 starting out as a PC and Printer engineer. Since 2003 she has been dabbling in all things WebSphere including Application Server, Portal and Commerce, amongst many other IBM/Lotus software offerings. Working on all things collaborative and IBM/Lotus software based, but specializing in IBM Connections and related IBM collaboration solutions software, Sharon has spoken at NLLUG, UKLUG/ICONUK, Social Connections, MWLUG, BLUG/ENGAGE and IBM Connect / Lotusphere. In her spare time Sharon is a trustee for iCosplay "an anti-bullying campaign" - a charity that supports costumers and lovers of all fandoms, and is an avid Disney, Star wars and Scifi fan.

Two years ago enabling your site with SSL was a simple affair, buy a certificate or create your own, install it then just remember to renew it every couple of years. Then suddenly security holes are being found in SSL virtually every month , popular browsers stop connecting to your site to protect themselves, and you’re continually being told your users data is at risk. In this session we will discuss how it all went wrong and can go wrong again then go through each step of requesting, generating and deploying a 4096 SHA-2 certificate to use in a keyfile by Domino, IBM Connections, IBM Sametime and other WebSphere products. Discover the power of plugins that can be used for IBM Connections. In my company these are heavily used, and they have been the key factor in getting users to adapting Connections, since it makes it much faster for them to share documents and emails, and increase collaboration.
Learn how administrators can skin and brand the plugins to fit with their company logo, colors and templates.
We show you how we have created our own document types which also can be used via the plugins via CCM/CECE.
Hogne Bø Pettersen (Brunvoll AS) @elfworld

Hogne Bø Pettersen is the ICT Teaching Manager at Brunvoll in Molde in the North-Western part of Norway.  His main job is educating his users in the use of software and adoption of collaboration solutions. He's also a developer who spends his time coding Domino based solutions, but is also known to dabble with php.
In his spare time Hogne runs around with a notepad and a camera and does journalistic assignments. He is also often used as a presenter and speakers, especially at events about collaboration.
