Ann-Marie Darrough is the Director of Offering Management for IBM Watson Work. In this role, she leads the product teams for IBM Watson Workspace, Watson Work Services, Box Relay as well as the Box partnership. In her 18 years at IBM, Ann-Marie has rotated between lab services, technical sales and sales roles, primarily in the collaboration business unit. Previously she was both an IBM partner and customer, and keeps both of those perspectives close to her heart.

Joe Russo is a senior designer at IBM currently leading the design for Watson Work Services, the developer experience for Watson Work. Prior to this Joe worked as a designer and developer on Connections, and before that as a developer on Quickr (Quickplace).

Jason Roy Gary is the Director of Software Development for IBM Connections and an IBM Distinguished Engineer. A recognized executive in social business and collaboration, within IBM, and in the global marketplace, Jason has demonstrated, in two decades of leadership, vision and drive in social collaboration, software architecture, real-time collaboration, agile transformation, open source initiatives, and situational applications. Jason has led IBM innovation efforts in social business from development engineering and services. He is an acknowledged thought leader and is widely solicited, by the industry, to speak and provide thought focus around the world.

Maureen Leland is the Chief Architect for IBM Connections AppDev and Middleware, bringing years of experience building tools for developers (Lotus Notes ViP, Domino Designer, and Lotus Component Designer) to the task of creating a true platform for Connections development. At home, Maureen is the mother of six sons, keeps five dogs from completely taking over the household, and likes to spend time with her family on Martha's Vineyard. Maureen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY, and a Master of Arts and Ph.D. Candidacy in Theoretical Chemistry from Boston University, Boston, MA.

Martin Donnelly is a software architect at IBM Ireland working on various aspects of App Dev for IBM Collaboration Solutions. This includes IBM Connections customization and extensibility, Domino Designer and the XPages runtime. He is a co-author of a number of best-selling books on these topics with IBM Press, a regular speaker at ICS conferences and a board member of OpenNTF.org

Brian Gleeson is a software engineer on the App Dev team in IBM Ireland. His work includes the XPages runtime, in areas such as Responsive Web Design, Relational Database support and bringing XPages to the cloud on IBM Bluemix. He also works on IBM Connections Cloud, with a focus on the Application Registry, which provides customisation and extensibility support in Connections Cloud. He is a contributor to OpenNTF.org across a number of open source projects, presents regularly at conferences, runs tutorial workshops and collaborates with the IBM community on github, stackoverflow, twitter and through the release of blogs & video tutorials

Peter D'Haeyer joined IBM in 2008 through the Cognos acquisition. Combining business and technical skills for more than 20 years in the area of Business Analytics, he provides insights to customers how to leverage business intelligence, performance management and predictive solutions in their existing processes and technical environment. As Watson Analytics Evangelist, he introduces business users into breakthrough innovative cognitive ways to recognize patterns in data, get and share insights that lead to accelerated and better decisions.
Prior to joining IBM, he build up a broad experience in consulting and service assignments

16 years at IBM. Laurent Boes spent the majority of his career in Social Business in a variety of local and international roles. Since 2016 he joined the IBM Analytics team where he is responsible for Financial sector accounts. Laurent is a regular speaker on internal and external events.
