In that time the focus has always been not only on problem resolution but on total customer satisfaction. The first three years were spent working on the iSeries L2 support team with a focus on Domino and Sametime problem resolution as well as iSeries performance tuning. Following his time on the iSeries team, he spent another three years working on the Sametime L2 team. With his most recent move to the FSS/AVS team, he has added Traveler, Connections and Cloud Migrations to his skill set.

He is also an expert in cross-platform C-API development for Win32, UNIX and Linux and is the author of the popular Domino on Linux/Unix Start Script.

With a focus on design, development, deployment and administration of global infrastructures, she has established herself and her firm as experts within the social collaborative space.
Hogne Bø Pettersen is a developer, system architect, journalist, photographer, writer and teaching consultant. He lives in Molde, in the North-Western part of Norway. He juggles running around with a notepad and a camera, doing journalistic assignments, giving lectures and courses on the use and adoption of collaborative solutions. He's also a developer who spends some of his time coding Domino based solutions, but is also known to dabble with PHP.
He is also often asked as a speaker at events re. collaboration. Someone also made him second in command of the Norwegian IBM User Group, ISBG.

Since 2009 she has specialised in IBM Connections and related IBM collaboration solutions software. Sharon has spoken at many user groups and Lotusphere/Connect and is a 7 year IBM Champion.

Nowadays he works as a client technical professional where he is using his knowledge of the entire ICS product set to deliver solutions to the customer, assist with the delivery and drive adoption. Passionate about development, he continues to explore the many possibilities ICS products have to offer in a modern technology landscape.
