But it's the advances in the way people communicate and share, what they are now demanding, how and where they work, that remains the answer to "why we do what we do". If you believe that empowering your people will revolutionize your organization, come join us as we share, not just the technology, but the reasoning behind our current and upcoming social business and collaboration solutions. |

Through interviews with the employees in the pilot one thing became very apparent: employees would like to get more efficient ways of collaborating and being more efficient with meetings. Saxion and e-office worked together to develop best practices around some collaboration scenarios. We will share one of our scenarios with you: more effective meetings with Activities. This scenario based adoption method includes not only training on how to do it, but focuses also on behavior and culture. Connections Activities are being used in a broader adoption plan where culture, behavior, agreements on the way of working and the way physical meetings can be done more efficiently are addressed. The scenario is perfect for getting users onboard by taking small steps in transforming their daily work, without Connections becoming overwhelming in all it’s functionality. We will let you have a look at the adoption approach through this scenario, how we did this and how it went. |

He founded XMM Systems Ltd. and ran Lloyd McKenzie and Partners, both IBM Premier Partners for 15 years. Tony has been working with HADSL bringing managed administration to corporate IBM Lotus Notes users for over 6 years. Roy has worked with Notes and Domino since version 2.0a and has been an expert in automating administration processes for more than 15 years. He drives an HSV Clubsport R8 which you might remember from TopGear (or a VXR8 as we call it in the UK). A1. User Management - How to improve service and security while reducing costs Download: BLUG_hadsl.ppt User provisioning and management, critical daily tasks that are fundamental to the successful running of your collaboration platforms (Domino, Blackberry and Active Directory) often account for a significant percentage of the daily administration workload. These standard service requests are frequently time critical, requiring a rapid turnover but need manual intervention and process management. Does it make sense to have your highly trained administrator spending a significant amount of their time completing provisioning tasks when they could be focusing on more business critical projects? Join Roy and Tony Holder as they explain to you how the HADSL FirM administration engine will enable you to delegate these tasks in a secured, structured processing environment to either junior admins, your Service Desk, or even your HR Department without giving them administrator access. With integration to your HR System or SPML compliant user management tools (or your own Notes database!) you can allow HR to kick off the user creation / termination process. FirM provides the data for reports that give management critical information (e.g. for SOX, ITIL etc.) relating to the processing, volume and types of requests fulfilled and, most importantly, who processed the request and who authorized it. Increase security, improve quality of service delivery and reduce overhead, all while reducing costs? It’s not a myth; HADSL FirM can help you achieve it! Let Roy and Tony and HADSL’s customers, show you how. |
