Dev11. Unlock The Power of Bluemix for Connections

Monday, May 8 | 16:25 - 16:45 | D. Gorilla 4

In this session you will see and learn how to create a tiny application, deploy it to Bluemix and connect it to Connections. Learn how Bluemix can help you create applications and integrate it into your collaboration environment.

Remco Angioni (e-office) @Angioni

Eme10. Free Beer 16! (And Some 'Boxed' Demos)

Monday, May 8 | 17:00 - 17:45 | C. Gorilla 3

IBM's relationship with Box is just getting heating up, but they've managed to make a lot of noise about the sales deals, integration points, and now the APIs, workflow and Box Platform.
In this session (after a beer) we will review for end users and execs what can be done with the platform, then move on to admins and developers to see where integration makes sense to us Domino & WebSphere people, what tools might help and finally look at a fully integrated OSGI application running in the Notes client, accessing Box through the Java SDK. Cheers!

Eme21. Integration is not a luxury - especially in workplace collaborations

Tuesday, May 9 | 11:30 - 12:00 | Table 2 Gorilla 1

Integrations. Integrations. Integrations. Not a new word, not a new concept - positively an old and challenging problem - but one that is finally being reckoned with head-on. Through either IBM Connections (cloud, on-premise, hybrid) or an adaptive collaboration fabric - come learn about the networked strategy you've been waiting for to bring all your applications, data (IoT or other), processes, systems of records and information, together, to collaborate better. Disparate data sources to apps - integration is simply NOT A LUXURY to power up your enterprise collaboration network! From IoT to File Mgmt (O365, Box, Dropbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive...) to Customer Process (Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Oracle...) to Process Mgmt (JIRA, Wrike, Asana, Github...) or maybe your homegrown data and systems - it is time for unlimited contextually integrated communities working together, today.
