Speed Sponsoring
On the first day, immediately following the keynote, there is Speed Sponsoring, which will help you get your message across to ALL attendees AT ONCE.
An emcee will tell you when to start and when to finish.
You need to present a 3-minute elevator pitch (only once). As we want to have a smooth turnaround, we ask you to submit your presentation up front. NO LIVE demo's (reserve those for your booth).
We need your presentation before April 15th, in PowerPoint format (16/9).
If you like you can include a video on your slides.
Make the content appealing to the audience. The idea is to tease them, and make them come to your booth, for more details!
Don't just present your company, or the complete product/services range. Wow them!
EVERY sponsor (except Bronze) partakes in this.
Short Intro how it works (by the emcee)
You are all seated in the front rows (max 2 people for each sponsor)
A slide with your company name + logo will appear
As soon as you have the microphone, your slides will be shown
You have 3 minutes. No more, no less
When you're finished the next sponsor comes up
Should all be done in less than 60 minutes!!

Engage was my first UG as a speaker and it has developed into arguably the premier user group for ICS in Europe.
