Rotterdam offers a wide variety of hotel rooms but only a few within walking distance from the main venue.
You can also stay in the city center, as you can take the Water Taxi directly to platform of the ss Rotterdam (4.5 EUR single trip).
Book a room in one of the international four star hotel chains or in one of the many charming boutique hotels.

For all hotels in Rotterdam: rates exclude City Tax: 4.5% per person, per night.
Important: Only the ss Rotterdam has a certain number of rooms available for us, until about a month before the event. If they run out, you'll pay a higher rate!!

Rates include VAT, breakfast, free cancellation and wifi. Rates are per night (same rate for each night).
Hotel Tip: Set your expectation for a ship cabin and ship style not a hotel. Many of the rooms only have small portholes (or none) so natural light and ventilation are very limited.
Hotel/Venue parking in front of the ship: € 3 per hour, or € 15 per 24h. But reduced rate parking tickets are available via the Hotel Reception at € 10 per day, upon showing your Engage badge!
The Captain's bar at this hotel/venue will be the main gathering place, before and after event hours.
