Theo Heselmans (Xceed / Engage) @theoheselmans

Theo Heselmans is an IBM Champion for Collaboration Solutions. In 1993 he started working as a Notes/Domino consultant with version 3. He delighted (and still does) many customers with custom applications (complex CRM systems, Web content management solutions, project and document management, Reporting, ...).
14 years ago he founded his own company Xceed, now a proud member of the Penumbra Group.
For over 5 years now, he is responsible for Engage (aka BLUG). During their events he gives users, speakers, IBMers and Business Partners the opportunity to share information, collaborate and network. Theo visits other LUGs regularly, and has been to 19 Connect/Lotusphere conferences.
He is an avid believer in all things 'Social'. He loves to talk about Notes, Engage/BLUG, Excel (and wine)!

Remember 2004? The launch of Facebook, Lance Armstrong winning his 6th Tour de France, the summer Olympics in Greece and IBM making a commitment to Lotus Workplace during Lotusphere 2004.
At least one of those was a roaring success but what were you doing back then, what did you think you'd be doing in 2014 and what do you really really wish you'd known 10 years ago....
