What You Can Expect

We’re known for treating our speakers with care and appreciation — including our legendary chocolates and sweets! Expect a warm, professional environment filled with great people, good energy, and the Engage spirit.

Travel & Accommodation

Engage does not arrange or book travel or accommodation for speakers. Check our Attend page for travel and hotel options. Please note that travel and lodging cannot be reimbursed.

Registration

All speakers receive free access to the full event and the VIP Dinner on Tuesday. Registration is still required for both, but you will receive a voucher once your session is accepted.
Please wait to register until you received your voucher. If you did register earlier, refunds will be processed after approval of your session.

Speaker Dinner

Still around for the second evening? Join us for an exclusive Speaker Dinner to celebrate your contribution. Seats are limited to about 60 guests, so reserve your spot once you receive your confirmation.

Extend Your Stay

Turn your Engage experience into a mini adventure! Explore nearby gems like Ghent, Bruges, Antwerp, Brussels, Rotterdam, and Amsterdam — all within 90 minutes by car or train. A perfect way to unwind after your session.
