Bring your own PCs, laptops, monitors, and any adapter plugs you may need.

Giveaways & Lead Collection

Bring a jar or forms to collect contacts. Attendee badges include QR codes (ask before scanning).

Setup

Set up your booth the day before the event, 14:30 – 17:00. The area will be securely locked overnight.

Breakdown

Tear down after the closing session on Day 2, between 17:00 – 18:30.

Assigned by sponsorship level and registration date — Diamond & Platinum choose first, followed by Gold. Silver booths are assigned by Engage.
