Summary of deadlines:
- Sponsor Price increase: after March 4
- Session Proposals: March 15
- Sponsor Submissions: March 30
- Banner art: March 30
- Slides for Speed Sponsoring: April 15
- Backpack fillers: April 30 (shipment)
- Names for VIP dinner: April 30 (email)
- Give-Aways: We prefer you to bring them yourself. You can ship them in advance too. Before April 30th!
If you have items (flyers, documentation, discount vouchers, pens, gadgets,...) to be included in the attendee bags (subject to our approval),
we need them at least 2 weeks before the event, in a minimum quantity of 400 copies. Unused copies will be returned to you at the event.
If you're looking for a local printer, contact Alex at ITPrint.be
or firstname.lastname@example.org. I work with them a lot. Good quality, excellent service and cheap too.
If you tell him it's for Theo (at Engage), shipping the printed material to me should be free.
Please ship stuff, BEFORE April 30th, and notify us, so we know what to look out for:

If you hand over those items to us at the venue, between 15.00h and 15.30h. on the day before the event, there is no need to ship them.
If you are too late, and the attendee bags are already filled, you need to hand them out at your booth yourself.
Every sponsor is encouraged to submit one or more give-away for the Closing Session.
If you do, it's up to you to collect business cards or custom entry forms at your booth and/or during your session. You can also choose to have names picked from all attendees/speakers/sponsors.
The give-away will take place during the general Closing Session on the second day (we prefer you to be present).
We will come by your booth on the second day to ask if (and what) you have to give away, and your preferred method of picking a winner (all people attending, or your own 'jar').
