Discover the power of plugins that can be used for IBM Connections. In my company these are heavily used, and they have been the key factor in getting users to adapting Connections, since it makes it much faster for them to share documents and emails, and increase collaboration. Learn how administrators can skin and brand the plugins to fit with their company logo, colors and templates. A similar presentation was given by Hogne last year, but after creating a complete manual for the IBM Notes plugins and posted it online, a lot of people who missed it have asked if he can give it again.

Str15. Change Agents: The Superheroes For Your Organisation
Monday, May 8 | 16:00 - 16:20 | C. Gorilla 3
Senior leaders may believe otherwise, but digital transformation does not just come from the top in organisations. Cultivating digital behaviours at all levels is important if you want to create a culture of action and ownership. Handing off to middle managers to implement digital transformation as a project does not work, as has been proven time and time again. In this presentation, Laura-Jane draws from her experience working with global clients at Post*Shift, to discuss one of the most effective methods of cultivating sustainable change - through the identification and mobilisation of a change agent network - or guiding coalition - to drive digital leadership you need for your organisational change to stick. Learn from Laura-Jane’s in-the-field experience so that you gain: - proven methods for supporting and enabling change agents - clarity on the behaviours and skills to use to identify them - benefits that change agents bring - tips on how to overcome challenges to distributed change

We did more business and collected more leads during Engage 2017 in Antwerp, than at IBM Connect in San Francisco.
As a first-timer I didn't really know what to expect. The organization of the event positively surprised me!
A premiere event that rivals anything produced by any other organization. Great job...AGAIN!!!
It's a treat to always keep coming back for more! Well done, once again, and look forward to the 10th edition next year!
It is mind boggling to see two people create an event that rivals those put on by larger vendors with dozens of resources.
And huge thanks to Theo and the others for giving me my first international speaking engagement!
Theo is a legend, Theo has style. And he is putting together the best event in this space, year after year.
Engage was my first UG as a speaker and it has developed into arguably the premier user group for ICS in Europe.
Yet again a brilliantly done event. One that is used as the yard-stick by which all other user group events are measured.
Theo and Hilde did it again: Engage was bigger than last year, venue was impressive and the event most successful.
It was a pleasure, due to the efforts of Theo his team, the sponsors, the location and the participants. Much appreciated!
I was extremely impressed on all levels. Thank you to Theo Heselmans for the opportunity to speak at this event!
I’ve been to several of the past Engage conferences and Theo always puts on a great event but this was better than ever.
What can one say about this Engage, Eindhoven, NL. It is in fact THE European user group meeting,...
Theo Heselmans has raised the bar yet again as to what can be achieved with organizing an IBM User Group event.
